The Resilience Factor

Emmet Fox once wrote that when your whole world seems to rock on its foundation, “Let it rock. And when the rocking is over, the picture will have reassembled itself into something much nearer to your heart’s desire.”

The journey through life is about our adaptability in the face of change. All change involves losing something familiar, and gaining something unknown. The only thing certain about our lives is the impermanence that accompanies us. We lose important loved ones, we get laid off, we lose our homes, our pets, relationships change. How do we cope, what do we do? I hope you will enjoy some of my insights and musings on the posts of this blog.
