Happiness: A state of well-being and contentment (Mirriam-Webster)
If you are among the more fortunate, and blessed with the opportunity to continue along the journey of life and grow old, you also have the potential to grow stronger and more resilient when you come across challenges that every one of us is called to face at one time or another. Happiness, I have found, is not a static endpoint, but instead runs along an ever-changing continuum, depending on the day, the event, our perspective and our willingness to adapt to our reality, appreciate the gifts we have in our life, and make changes (to the extent that we could) to what makes us unhappy.
Now I would like to welcome you with open arms, to join me on my personal journey of Aging Happy, based on my upcoming book of the same title. On this site, I will be adding FREE blog posts regularly based on my research, experiences, and personal insights into how to make every day the best it can be in our “over-50” years.
I would love it if you would share this website or any articles that you think might be helpful to your friends and family.
With gratitude to all of my followers, readers, friends and family. You mean the world to me.
